As a child growing up in NYC, I struggled with my weight and with the concept of healthy eating. It wasn’t until my early twenties that I really started getting into eating wholesome organic food that would not only nourish my body but my mind and spirit as well. Discovering the power of raw foods was the beginning of a new life for me. I incorporated a large percentage of organic raw foods into my diet and shed years of unwanted weight without even trying. I started experimenting with raw foods and created a snack that I absolutely loved.

Leading a busy life, it was not convenient to take my snack with me on the road because the texture was too soft. I decided to create a bar that would mimic the taste of my favorite snack while maintaining its organic and raw goodness. After many trials, the final result was beyond my expectations. Raw and Nutty Bars are not only uniquely delicious; they are made with a combination of healthy fats, carbohydrates, and proteins that will sustain you through an intense workout or satisfy your tummy for a few hours in between meals.

The Raw and Nutty Brand represents a class of people who could be considered borderline health nuts. In these times it’s fun and necessary to search for the truth behind the foods we eat. The old stigma of healthy eating being plain and boring is fading fast as we learn more about the essence and purity of raw and organic foods.
